I beg to move,
That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Greater London Authority Elections Rules 2000 (S.I. 2000, No. 208), dated 1st February 2000, a copy of which was laid before this House on 8th February, be annulled.
It being half-past Eleven o'clock , Mr. Deputy Speaker put the Question, pursuant to Standing Order No. 17 (Delegated Legislation (negative procedure)).
