Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Bill: Stage 3 — Section 1 — General principles and fundamental definitions — 29 Mar 2000 at 15:15
Donald Gorrie MP, Central Scotland voted in the minority (Aye).
The question is, that amendment 128 be agreed to. Are we agreed?
In that case, there will be a division. Rather than allowing two minutes in which members can come to the chamber, I propose that we have a two-minute division, during which members already in the chamber can vote and members not in the chamber can come in to vote.
Votes by party, red entries are votes against the majority for that party.
|Party||Majority (No)||Minority (Aye)||Abstentions||Turnout|
|Donald Gorrie||Central Scotland||LDem||aye|
