Freedom of Information Bill — Ministerial orders for exemption — 4 Apr 2000
Dominic Grieve MP, Beaconsfield voted in the minority (Aye).
The Majority prevented the deletion of lines 12 and 13 in page 4 of the Freedom of Information Bill. This appears to be a measure which allowed a Minister to exempt information by Order which would otherwise have to be disclosed by the Act.
