rose to move, as an amendment to the Motion that the House do not insist on its Amendment No. 7 but do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 7A and 7B in lieu thereof, to leave out the words after "House" and insert "do insist on its Amendment No. 7".
On Question, Whether the said amendment (No. 7C) shall be agreed to?
