(i) in exercise of the powers conferred by section 81(5) (b) of the Scotland Act 1998, confers functions as specified in the Scottish Parliament Salaries Scheme (SP Paper 554) on the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body; (ii) approves the Scheme; and b. approves the Scottish Parliament Party Leaders’ Allowances Scheme (SP Paper 555); and c. directs the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body to pay on and after 1 April 2002 the salaries and allowances stated in the Scottish Parliamentary Salaries Scheme and Scottish Parliament Party Leaders’ Allowances Scheme.
