That this House endorses the strategy of Her Majesty's Government on the Convention of the Future of Europe to establish structures for a Union of sovereign member states; rejects the alternative of a federal superstate; and resolves that the Order of 12 June 2002 relating to the Standing Committee on the Convention be renewed for the current session of Parliament.
