Licensing Bill — Second Reading — 24 Mar 2003 at 21:35
Mr Dai Havard MP, Merthyr Tydfil and Rhymney voted with the majority (Aye).

The main purpose of this Bill is to introduce flexible opening hours for licensed premises, with the potential for up to 24 hour opening, seven days a week.
