After Clause 22, insert the following new clause-
"ABUSE OF POSITION OF TRUST: ACTS DONE IN SCOTLAND
Anything which, if done in England and Wales or Northern Ireland, would constitute an offence under any of sections 18 to 22 also constitutes that offence if done in Scotland."
