That the Programme Order of 27th January in relation to the Higher Education Bill shall be amended by the substitution in paragraph 2 (time for conclusion of proceedings in Standing Committee) for the words "Thursday 26th February" of the words "Thursday 4th March"-[Mr. Heppell.]
