John Grogan MP, Selby did not vote.

The Aye-voters failed pass the motion that the House do sit in private, as it was their right to call according to Standing Order No. 163

The motion was not decided because fewer than 40 members had taken part in the vote.

It is not clear what the purpose of calling this vote was.
