Sir Robert Smith MP, West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine voted in the minority (Teller for the Ayes).
I beg to move amendment No. 1, in page 5, line 6, at end insert-
'(2A) To facilitate co-operation the Agency shall consult with other bodies and publish protocols for co-operation.'.
Question put, That the amendment be made-
The House divided: Ayes 164, Noes 287.
Votes by party, red entries are votes against the majority for that party.
What is Tell? '+1 tell' means that in addition one member of that party was a teller for that division lobby.
What are Boths? An MP can vote both aye and no in the same division. The boths page explains this.
What is Turnout? This is measured against the total membership of the party at the time of the vote.
|Party||Majority (No)||Minority (Aye)||Both||Turnout|
|Lab||287 (+2 tell)||0||0||71.0%|
|LDem||0||32 (+2 tell)||0||61.8%|
