Prevention of Terrorism Bill — Programme — Alteration — 28 Feb 2005 at 16:14

Andrew Lansley MP, South Cambridgeshire voted in the minority (No).

The Aye-voters made an alteration to the timetable they had previously set at the end of the Second reading debate for the Prevention of Terrorism Bill. This scheduled 6 hours for the Committee stage (the line by line review of the possible changes to the text of the Bill) followed by 1 hour for the final Third reading debate, which is the one that commits the Bill to the House of Lords.

The original schedule ordered that there be 5 hours for the Committee stage.
