John Penrose MP, Weston-Super-Mare voted in the minority (Aye).
This Clause would have required the Secretary of State maintain a public list of airlines which are banned from United Kingdom airspace, as well as a list of the airlines which are permitted to fly in United Kingdom airspace, but which are banned in another country of the European Union giving the reasons why they have not been banned.
