Violent Crime Reduction Bill — Clause 12 — Alcohol Disorder Zones — 14 Nov 2005 at 20:15
Vernon Coaker MP, Gedling voted with the majority (Teller for the Noes).
I beg to move amendment No. 38, in page 10, line 25, after 'retail', insert
', provided that the premises have been proven to contribute to alcohol-related disturbances'.
Question put, That the amendment be made:-
The House divided: Ayes 183, Noes 274.
Votes by party, red entries are votes against the majority for that party.
What is Tell? '+1 tell' means that in addition one member of that party was a teller for that division lobby.
What are Boths? An MP can vote both aye and no in the same division. The boths page explains this.
What is Turnout? This is measured against the total membership of the party at the time of the vote.
|Party||Majority (No)||Minority (Aye)||Both||Turnout|
|Con||0||139 (+2 tell)||0||71.9%|
|Lab||270 (+2 tell)||0||0||76.8%|
