Human Fertilisation and Embryology Bill — Cannot use gametes or pronuclei — rejected — 19 May 2008 at 18:30

Mike O'Brien MP, North Warwickshire voted in the minority (Aye).

The majority of MPs voted against adding a restriction to the granting of licenses[1] that would prevent it from authorising the creation of an embryo using human gametes and animal gametes, or one human pronucleus and one animal pronucleus.[2]
