Planning Bill — Third reading — 25 Jun 2008 at 19:55

Stewart Jackson MP, Peterborough voted in the minority (No).

The majority of MPs voted to give the Planning Bill (in its current form after numerous amendments)[1] its Third Reading, which means it now goes to the House of Lords for further deliberation.

Part of the remaining opposition was that when the minister produces a National Policy Statement,[2] there would not be a vote in the House of Commons to ratify it.[3]
