Lord Freeman voted with the majority (Content).
Lord Glentoran moved amendment 54, to leave out clause 48.
This would have the effect of remving the Government's proposals for the UK's Common Travel Area. This are the rules by which citizens of Eire and the Channel Islands can travel to the mainland UK and to Northern Ireland.
