1: After Clause 1, insert the following new Clause-

"House of Lords

(1) Nothing in this Act shall affect the House of Lords.

(2) But that is subject to-

(a) section 13(5),

(b) paragraphs 5(3) and (4), 16(2), 22(1), 24(2)(b) and 25(1) of Schedule 1, and

(c) paragraphs 4(2) and 8(1) of Schedule 2."
