Bill Wiggin MP, North Herefordshire voted with the majority (Teller for the Ayes).

The majority of MPs voted to treat applications from schools seeking academy status received before the bill comes into force as if they were applications under the provisions of the bill.

The division was on if Clause 16 should stand part of the Bill.
