Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill — Clause 8 — Periodicity of Reports of the Boundary Commissions — 20 Oct 2010 at 16:45
Robert Goodwill MP, Scarborough and Whitby did not vote.
The majority of MPs voted to require the Boundary Commissions to submit boundary reports to the Secretary of State before 1 October 2013 and every five years subsequently, replacing a requirement to report every 8 to 12 years.

Clause 8 was renumbered Clause 10 in the next draft of the Bill[1] which contains the provisions as amended. The contentious elements of the clause had been debated and voted on separately[2][3][4][5].
