The majority of MPs voted in favour of setting rules to govern the timetable for the final stages of the debate on the Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill in the House of Commons.

The agreed rules were that : "The proceedings shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion at the times specified in the second column of the Table.
