Scotland Bill — Clause 32 — Borrowing by the Scottish Ministers — 14 Mar 2011 at 21:15
I beg to move amendment 51, page 24, line 20, leave out from ‘which’ to end of line 22 and insert-
‘are required by them to meet current expenditure because of a shortfall in receipts from the Scottish rate of income tax or devolved taxes.’.
Question put, That the amendment be made:
The Committee divided:
Ayes 7, Noes 393.
Votes by party, red entries are votes against the majority for that party.
What is Tell? '+1 tell' means that in addition one member of that party was a teller for that division lobby.
What are Boths? An MP can vote both aye and no in the same division. The boths page explains this.
What is Turnout? This is measured against the total membership of the party at the time of the vote.
|Party||Majority (No)||Minority (Aye)||Both||Turnout|
|Con||245 (+2 tell)||0||0||80.7%|
|SNP||0||4 (+2 tell)||0||100.0%|
