Nick Herbert MP, Arundel and South Downs voted for increased private-sector involvement in the NHS
The Bill is a large change to the NHS, replacing Primary Care Trusts with GP Comissioning. The bill increases competition in the NHS, and increases private sector involvement in the NHS.
