Opposition Day — [Un-allotted Day] — NHS Risk Register — 22 Feb 2012 at 18:48
I beg to move,
That this House calls on the Government to respect the ruling by the Information Commissioner and to publish the risk register associated with the Health and Social Care Bill in order to ensure that it informs public and parliamentary debate.
The House divided:
Ayes 246, Noes 299.
Votes by party, red entries are votes against the majority for that party.
What is Tell? '+1 tell' means that in addition one member of that party was a teller for that division lobby.
What are Boths? An MP can vote both aye and no in the same division. The boths page explains this.
What is Turnout? This is measured against the total membership of the party at the time of the vote.
|Party||Majority (No)||Minority (Aye)||Both||Turnout|
|Con||266 (+1 tell)||0||0||87.3%|
|Lab||0||231 (+2 tell)||0||90.3%|
|LDem||33 (+1 tell)||4||0||66.7%|
|Andrew George||St Ives||LDem||aye|
|Mike Hancock||Portsmouth South||LDem||aye|
|Greg Mulholland||Leeds North West||LDem||aye|
