The 21 February decision referred to the vote on the 2012 recess dates for the House of Commons, which included a "rising" of the House of Commons on the 27th of March 2012.
The motion which was the subject of this vote would have added an extra siting day of the House of Commons Wednesday 28 March, and consequently an additional session of Prime Minister's questions.
