Anne Milton MP, Guildford voted with the majority (Teller for the Ayes).

  • That this House disagrees with Lords amendment 37

Amendment 37[2] was to insert a new clause as follows:

  • ''“Equality Act 2010: caste discrimination
  • (1) The Equality Act 2010 is amended as follows.
  • (2) After section 9(1)(c) (race) insert— “(d) caste;”.”
