Theresa May MP, Maidenhead voted to abolish the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council
The majority of MPs voted to abolish the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council. The council had a role relation to the supervision of tribunals and was tasked with considering how to make the system more accessible, fair and efficient.
The motion approved by the majority of MPs was:
- That the draft Public Bodies (Abolition of Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council) Order 2013, which was laid before this House on 18 December 2012, in the last Session of Parliament, be approved.
