1: After Clause 43, insert the following new Clause-“Information(1) The Immigration Act 2014 is amended as follows.(2) After section 21(3) insert-“(3A) P may apply to the Secretary of State for written confirmation that the Secretary of State-(a) Has granted, or(b) Will grant,Permission to P in accordance with subsection (3).”
