John Penrose MP, Weston-Super-Mare voted for overall increases in court and tribunal fees above the level of inflation.
The majority of MPs voted for overall increases in court and tribunal fees above the level of inflation with some along with reductions in fees charged in residential property cases involving small sums.
The motion supported by the majority of MPs taking part in this vote was;
- That the draft Civil Proceedings, First-tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal and Employment Tribunals Fees (Amendment) Order 2016, which was laid before this House on 26 May, be approved.
