Draft Immigration (Health Charge) (Amendment) Order 2020 — 30 Sep 2020 at 19:58

The majority of MPs voted to increase the immigration health charge to £470 for students and those under eighteen and to £624 for adults. The charge was originally £150 or £200 when it was initiated in 2015, it rose to £300 or £400 in 2016.

The immigration health charge is payable by non-European Economic Area nationals who enter the UK for more than six months in a temporary capacity or who apply to extend their temporary stay in the UK, subject to certain exemptions.
