1: Clause 1, page 1, line 6, after “Parliament” insert “within 30 days of the passing of this Act”Member's explanatory statementThis amendment would require the statement to be laid within 30 days, meaning the statement could not be laid any later than the deadline for the statement detailing the application process for round three of the Levelling Up Fund which would, under a new Clause after Clause 5 also proposed by Baroness Hayman of Ullock, also have to be laid within 30 days of the Act being passed.
