Someone who believes that Supports the withdrawl of the UK from the EU and a Federal Political Union of the Crown Commonwealth (those with Queen as head of state) under a federal system with only those powers necessary for such a union to be sustainable to be held centrally.

Supports constitutional reform including federation under a Constitutional Monarch, a strong senate(lords) with at least 80% elected and the rest chosen for their expertise by a senate select committee; The senate/Lords to be free from the whip system. Senatle/Lords would have power to reject legislation, no government ministers would be allowed to sit in senate/Lords.

Supports the joining of EFTA (European free trade area) with a free trade agreement with EU and NAFTA (North American Free Trade Area). Supports general strengthening of the Commonwealth economically and politically and make it strive for real common-wealth and support its weaker members on the international stage.
