Local Government Bill, removing bullying clause — 24 Jul 2000 at 20:28

Wikipedia has plenty of information and history on Section 28 at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Section_28

The Commons proposed amendment 377 to disagree with Baroness Young's amendment to add a clause on bullying to section 28. Baroness Young's amendment, which this vote is on, simply said the House disagreed with the Commons amendment, rather than agreed.
