Courts Bill [Lords] — Clause 30 — Places, Dates and Times of Sittings — 20 Oct 2003 at 20:15
Dominic Grieve MP, Beaconsfield did not vote.
I beg to move amendment No. 8, in page 14, line 14, after 'courts', insert
'(including family proceedings courts and youth courts)'.
Question put, That the amendment be made:-
The House divided: Ayes 86, Noes 278.
Votes by party, red entries are votes against the majority for that party.
What is Tell? '+1 tell' means that in addition one member of that party was a teller for that division lobby.
What are Boths? An MP can vote both aye and no in the same division. The boths page explains this.
What is Turnout? This is measured against the total membership of the party at the time of the vote.
|Party||Majority (No)||Minority (Aye)||Both||Turnout|
|Independent Ulster Unionist||0||2||0||66.7%|
|Lab||278 (+2 tell)||0||0||68.5%|
|LDem||0||33 (+2 tell)||0||64.8%|
