Oliver Letwin MP, West Dorset did not vote.

I beg to move amendment No. 11, in page 5, line 7, at end insert-

'(1A) The exclusive licence shall, unless revoked under subsection (6), have effect for the period of seven years beginning with the date of issue.'.
