moved Amendment No. 1:

After Clause 5, insert the following new clause-

"SALE OF THE SUCCESSOR COMPANY TO THE RACING TRUST

Any sale of the successor company to a body other than the Racing Trust shall not take place unless the sale has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament."

On Question, Whether the said amendment (No. 1) shall be agreed to?
