Orders of the Day — Clause 25 — Managed service companies — 30 Apr 2007 at 21:15
Michael Fabricant MP, Lichfield voted in the minority (Teller for the Ayes).
I beg to move amendment No. 1, in page 17, line 15, leave out from 'Schedule' to end and insert
'shall come into force on a date which the Treasury shall by Order made by statutory instrument appoint.
Question put, That the amendment be made:-
The Committee divided: Ayes 123, Noes 265.
Votes by party, red entries are votes against the majority for that party.
What is Tell? '+1 tell' means that in addition one member of that party was a teller for that division lobby.
What are Boths? An MP can vote both aye and no in the same division. The boths page explains this.
What is Turnout? This is measured against the total membership of the party at the time of the vote.
|Party||Majority (No)||Minority (Aye)||Both||Turnout|
|Con||0||105 (+2 tell)||0||54.6%|
|Lab||263 (+2 tell)||0||0||75.3%|
