Climate Change Bill — Committee or Commission — 14 Jan 2008 at 15:50
The majority voted against changing the name of the body that oversees the policy[1] from "The Committee on Climate Change" to "The Commission on Climate Change".
The discussion over this issue was steeped in the sematics of the meanings of the phrases "Committee for X", "X Commission" and even "X Authority".[2]
