London Local Authorities Bill — Clause 9 — Street trading: vehicles and the internet — 21 Feb 2012 at 21:37

The majority of MPs voted to include the sale of motor vehicles on the internet, where the vehicle is kept on the highway, within the existing street trading legislation which applies in London.

MPs were considering the London Local Authorities Bill[1]. The amendment rejected in this vote was:

  • Amendment 22, to leave out clause 9[2].
