George Osborne MP, Tatton did not vote.
The majority of MPs voted to abolish the Disability Living Allowance Advisory Board.
The function of the Board was to give advice to the Secretary of State, or his medical practitioner, on matters relating to Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance as referred to the Board for consideration.
The motion approved by the majority of MPs was:
- That the draft Public Bodies (Abolition of the Disability Living Allowance Advisory Board) Order 2013, which was laid before this House on 15 October 2012, be approved.
