Patrick McLoughlin MP, Derbyshire Dales did not vote.
The majority of MPs voted in favour of the Deregulation Bill at its third reading, supporting the Bill as it stood, and enabling it to continue on its path to becoming law. The Bill seeks to remove or reduce burdens on businesses, civil society, individuals, public sector bodies and the taxpayer.
