- That the draft Immigration (Provision of Physical Data) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, which were laid before this House on 3 July, be approved.
The proposed "Appendix EU" to the Immigration Rules was not in place as at the time of this vote, however a EU Settlement Scheme statement of intent had been published.
