8: Clause 38, page 32, line 32, at end insert-“(aa) the delivery is not made by a trusted courier of bladed products, and”Member’s explanatory statementThis amendment, and the amendment at page 32, line 37, would allow for the Government to create a “trusted courier” scheme, and to exempt sales using “trusted couriers” from restrictions in this section. This follows the Minister’s undertaking on 4 March (HL Deb, column 448).
