I beg to move,
That leave be given to bring in a Bill to amend the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990 to allow the use of early embryonic tissue for the purposes of research into the development of regenerative therapies.
The softest road to hell is the gradual one, the gentle slope, soft underfoot, without sudden turnings, without sign posts.
