I beg to move, That the clause be read a Second time.

With this, it will be convenient to discuss the following amendments: New clause 4-- Secretary of State's powers to prohibit non-traditional public processions. --

Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 15 (Exempted business),

That, at this day's sitting, the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Bill [Lords] may be proceeded with, though opposed, until any hour.-- [Mr. Dowd.]
