Hunting Bill — Commons proposals on commencement — 17 Nov 2004 at 20:49

A vote to agree with the Commons "suggestion" [under the terms of the Parliament Act] that commencement of the Hunting Bill be delayed until 31st July 2006 (except for teh hare coursing ban which would commence in three months.
