The Aye-voters decided that Standing Committee G should complete its line-by-line review of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Bill by Tuesday 1st February 2005, whereupon it would return to the debating chamber for a further vote before being sent to the House of Lords prior to it becoming Law.
