Government of Wales Bill — [2nd Allotted Day] — New Clause 11 — Allocation of funds — 28 Feb 2006 at 20:15
I beg to move, That the clause be read a Second time.
I am grateful to the hon. Member for Chesham and Amersham (Mrs. Gillan) and her colleagues for speaking so briefly on the preceding new clauses.
Question put, That the clause be read a Second time:-
The House divided: Ayes 44, Noes 281.
Votes by party, red entries are votes against the majority for that party.
What is Tell? '+1 tell' means that in addition one member of that party was a teller for that division lobby.
What are Boths? An MP can vote both aye and no in the same division. The boths page explains this.
What is Turnout? This is measured against the total membership of the party at the time of the vote.
|Party||Majority (No)||Minority (Aye)||Both||Turnout|
|Lab||274 (+2 tell)||0||0||78.2%|
|LDem||0||41 (+2 tell)||0||68.3%|
