Communities and Local Government — Health and Social Care Bill [Ways and Means] — 15 Jan 2008 at 16:13
I beg to move,
That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Health and Social Care Bill, it is expedient to authorise the charging of certain fees by the Office of the Health Professions Adjudicator.
The House divided: Ayes 307, Noes 229.
Votes by party, red entries are votes against the majority for that party.
What is Tell? '+1 tell' means that in addition one member of that party was a teller for that division lobby.
What are Boths? An MP can vote both aye and no in the same division. The boths page explains this.
What is Turnout? This is measured against the total membership of the party at the time of the vote.
|Party||Majority (Aye)||Minority (No)||Both||Turnout|
|Con||0||172 (+2 tell)||0||89.7%|
|Lab||299 (+2 tell)||0||0||85.5%|
