Biometric registration of immigrants — Regulations — 9 Jul 2008 at 19:27

The majority of MPs voted to pass the Immigration (Biometric Registration) Regulations 2008 which sets out, under the UK Borders Act 2007, which categories of visitors must be issued with a biometric immigration document.

This order revoked the Biometric registration of immigrants - Pilot regulations, which MPs voted in favour of on 23 April 2008

Between the two divisions, four members of the DUP switched their vote.
